Standard Shipping - PhotoPendants.com offers a flat rate shipping option of $8 for USA orders. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once we receive your photos, it typically takes about 3 days to create your Photo Pendant. We also include a Delivery Confirmation Receipt, so you can always track your package. We will email you with the tracking number the day your order is shipped.
Express Shipping: A flat rate of $18 for Overnight Shipping in the USA from the date your order is ready.
For our international customers, Priority International: $19 flat fee. Express International (not overnight): $29 flat fee. We will also email you with the tracking number on the day we ship your order.

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

All our orders are personalized and made specifically for you. We do not accept returns on personalized orders. There are no refunds or exchanges.
