As you know, this product is customized.  Therefore we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, if the image is not to your satisfaction, please include the reason for your return. If the engraved image does not match your photo, we’ll remake it at no extra charge. Please contact us by email, [email protected]  include name and address, and we’ll issue an exchange authorization.
